I'm Emmanuel NTIVUGURUZWA, a senior full-stack software developer based in Kigali, Rwanda, currently working at QT Global Software Ltd where I lead the design and development of scalable, secure systems for government and enterprise clients.

My work spans the full software development lifecycle — architectural planning, full-stack implementation, code quality assurance, automation, and cross-team collaboration. I've delivered national-scale systems in e-procurement, health information, civil registration, and immigration.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Software Engineering) from AUCA and pursued a Master of Science in IT at Carnegie Mellon University Africa. I'm also the founder and developer of Genuine Kunga Therapy's software platform, managing healthcare operations across Rwanda, Zimbabwe, and Central Africa.

I speak Kinyarwanda (native), English (fluent), and French (intermediate).
